Hot Tuna Pasta Salad
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise reduced calorie
- 13 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard dijon style
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound pasta medium shells, cooked, drained
- 2 each tuna fish 6 1/2 oz cans, chunk, light, drained, flaked
- 2 cups broccoli florets flowerets, cooked, drained
- 2 cups carrots sliced, cooked, drained
- In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, basil and salt; stir in shells, tuna and vegetables.
- Serve hot.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
