Chunky Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole White Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 28 ounces, fluid Can Whole Tomatoes, With Juices
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and saute 5-7 minutes, until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
- Add tomatoes, basil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook another 8-10 minutes, or until the tomatoes begin to soften and the sauce is heated through.
- Serve with your favorite pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
