Caramel Apple Salad Recipe
- 8 ounce Frzn whipped topping - thawed
- 1 pkt Butterscotch pudding mix
- 8 ounce Can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3 c. Diced apples
- 1 c. Dry roasted peanuts
- 1 c. Mini marshmallows
- Mix cold whip, butterscotch pudding and pineapple, with juice, in a bowl.
- Add in peanuts, marshmallows and apples.
- Stir to mix well.
- Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
- Makes about 8 servings.
