Caramel Apple Salad Recipe

• 8 ounce Frzn whipped topping - thawed
• 1 pkt Butterscotch pudding mix
• 8 ounce Can crushed pineapple with juice
• 3 c. Diced apples
• 1 c. Dry roasted peanuts
• 1 c. Mini marshmallows

1. Mix cold whip, butterscotch pudding and pineapple, with juice, in a bowl.
2. Add in peanuts, marshmallows and apples.
3. Stir to mix well.
4. Store in refrigerator till ready to serve.
5. Makes about 8 servings.
