Quick Chicken Jambalaya
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smokies, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken* Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup MINUTE Premium White Rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) tomatoes, cut up King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Cook bacon and vegetables in 3-quart saucepan or large skillet until vegetables are tender and bacon is crisp.
- Add smokies, chicken, water, rice, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomatoes.
- Cook until thoroughly heated.
