Char'S Hot Dog Hash

• 6 each frankfurters (hot dogs) red casings
• 6 each potatoes peeled and cubed
• 1 medium onions chopped
• 1 x salt to taste
• 1 x black pepper to taste
• 1 x garlic powder to taste

1. Par boil potato cubes until slightly tender when pierced with a fork.
2. Slice hot dogs into coins (chunks).
3. Heat coating of oil in frying pan.
4. Add chopped onion, hot dogs and potato cubes.
5. Cook until potatoes are golden.
6. Serve.
