Hot New Mexican Salsa

  1. In a large bowl, toss all of the vegetables together and set aside at room temperature.
  2. Do not refrigerate.
  3. When ready to serve, in large skillet, render the bacon until crisp.
  4. Add the chile powder and stir.
  5. Add the vinegar and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the herbs.
  7. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss.
