Teeter's Spanish Roast

  1. Brown the roast real brown on all sides in about 3 tablespoons of bacon grease.
  2. Add all of the other ingredients and stir to mix together.
  3. Cover with a tight fitting lid and cook in the oven at 350F for 2 to 3 hours or until it starts to fall apart into large pieces.
  4. Serve with refried beans, Spanish rice and warm flour tortillas.
