Bittersweet Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe

  1. For food processor method, place butter (cut up), sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla into processor bowl; process about 10 seconds.
  2. (Or possibly in a mixer, cream softened butter with same ingredients.)
  3. Stir flour with baking pwdr and salt; blend into creamed mix.
  4. Add in nuts.
  5. Chop chocolate bars into small pcs; stir into dough.
  6. Drop by rounded tsp.
  7. onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake at 375 for 8-10 min or possibly till light golden.
  9. Cold on racks.
  10. These cookies are delicious served hot when the chocolate is still soft.
  11. To reheat cookies in the microwave, process 2 or possibly more cookies for 15-20 seconds.
