Meat Sauce Pasta from Canned Tomatoes
- 200 grams Ground meat
- 1/2 can Canned organic diced tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 dash Carrot
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 1 dash Bay leaf
- 1 Consomme soup stock cube
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Parmesan cheese
- 1 Fresh parsley
- Heat the oil and garlic in a frying pan and stir fry the onions.
- Once it's golden brown, stir in the meat as well and saute.
- Once it's cooked, add in the pepper and carrots and gently stir fry.
- Next, add in the tomato sauce, bay leaf, and the consomme soup stock cube.
- Once the moisture has cooked off, add the ketchup, salt and Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for a little more, and it's done.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley and serve on a plate.
- You can also make a delicious variation by grilling some eggplants and cheese for 17 minutes.
- Be sure to top with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
