Best Cheese Ball Ever!
- 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 ounce, weight (jar) Old English Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Onion
- 1- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- Allow cheese to soften at room temperature.
- Mix cheeses until well blended.
- Add seasonings.
- Chill, then roll in pecans.
- Serve with a variety of crackers.
