Horta (Greek Dandelion Greens)

  2. Trim and wash greens thoroughly.
  3. Soak in bowl to remove sand/dirt (about three times till there is no more dirt remaining in bowl).
  4. Fill pot half way with water, lightly salt and bring to boil.
  5. Add greens and let simmer with lid of pot slightly ajar till tender
  6. Once ready remove from pot and drain water.
  7. Drizzle with oil and lemon.
  8. Can be served immediately or at room temperature as a salad
