Fruit with Cassis-Spiked Lemon Curd Sauce

  1. Whisk lemon curd and creme de cassis in small bowl to blend.
  2. Stir in yogurt.
  3. (Sauce can be prepared 2 days ahead.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.)
  5. Combine oranges and strawberries in medium bowl.
  6. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead.
  7. Cover fruit and refrigerate.)
  8. Spoon fruit into balloon glasses.
  9. Spoon lemon curd sauce over.
  10. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
