Chocolate Caramel Cookies Recipe
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 (5 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. caramel topping
- Combine dry cake mix and walnuts in mixing bowl.
- Stir in evaporated lowfat milk and melted butter.
- Spread about 1/2 cake mix in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- Bake 10 min in 350 degree oven.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm crust.
- Drizzle with caramel topping.
- Drop remaining cake mix by tsp.
- over all.
- Bake 20-25 min more.
- Loosen and cut while still hot.
