Stir-Fried Pork and Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small onion, halved, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 red chili pepper, seeded, ribs removed, chopped
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) each button and king oyster mushrooms, halved
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 220 g lo mein or Shanghai noodles, cooked, drained
- Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
- oil in non-stick wok on high heat.
- Add pork; stir-fry 1 min.
- Remove pork from wok; set aside.
- Heat remaining oil in wok and reduce heat to medium-high heat.
- Add onion and chili pepper; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add mushrooms; stir-fry 4 min.
- Meanwhile, combine dressing, honey and soy sauce until blended.
- Return meat to wok; stir-fry 1 min.
- Add dressing mixture; heat through.
- Serve with hot cooked noodles.
