Stir-Fried Pork and Mushrooms

  1. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  2. oil in non-stick wok on high heat.
  3. Add pork; stir-fry 1 min.
  4. Remove pork from wok; set aside.
  5. Heat remaining oil in wok and reduce heat to medium-high heat.
  6. Add onion and chili pepper; stir-fry 3 min.
  7. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 4 min.
  8. Meanwhile, combine dressing, honey and soy sauce until blended.
  9. Return meat to wok; stir-fry 1 min.
  10. Add dressing mixture; heat through.
  11. Serve with hot cooked noodles.
