Best Cheese Ball in the Universe

• 2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
• 6 tablespoons mayonnaise (Hellmans)
• 6 teaspoons yellow mustard
• 3 tablespoons instant minced onion (soak in 3 Tbls water till absorbed)
• 3 (3 ounce) packages chipped beef (I use Buddig)

1. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well until you can't see pieces of the cream cheese and is all one color.
2. Set aside.
3. Shred all of the chipped beef (I use a food processor).
4. Mix half of the shredded beef in with the other ingredients.
5. Put on party tray and top with the remaining shredded beef.
