Honey Mustard Chicken
- 2 chicken drumstick or chicken breast optional
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 dash chili powder and turmeric powder
- 1/2 dash salt and garlic
- 1 tbsp dice garlic
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 100 grams spaghetti
- 1/2 can Italian plum tomato and juice
- 1/2 tsp olive oil and dash of salt
- 1 bunch mix pepper thinly slice
- 1 tbsp thinly slice onion
- 1 dash Caribbean jerk or cili pepper
- 2 slice bake thinly slice luncheon meat
- 1 lemon zest snd juice
- 1 bunch lemon zest
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- CHICKEN
- marinate chicken minimum half hour
- broil chicken with skin up for 8 minute then bake 200 for 20 minute on each side , basting every 10 minute using knife poke thru thickess part after 15 minute
- GAZPACHO
- whisk tomato and sauce with oil and salt
- mix bake luncheon meat and lemon juice .zest and mix pepper then springkle carribbean jerk or cili powder
- salad can be serve cold or Optional for warm salad just quick saute onion light brown then add mix pepper for 1 minute
- serve top garnish
