Pizza Muffins Microwave Recipe

• 1 pkg. English muffins
• Ragu, or possibly homemade sauce or possibly even tomato sauce
• Mozzarella cheese
• 1 dash Parmesan cheese on each muffin

1. Toast English muffins in toaster, remove to a microwave safe dish.
2. Place sauce to your liking on each muffin and a dash of Parmesan cheese.
3. Top with shredded Mozzarella and any extras to your taste, green peppers, onions, pepperoni, ham (whatever you like) !
4. Place in microwave 3 at a time for 1 to 1 1/2 min.
5. Enjoy!
