Potato Lasagna

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet melt butter.
  3. Saute onions until golden brown.
  4. Add Velveeta to Mashed Potatoes and set aside.
  5. Grease a large 13x9 pan.
  6. Place layer of noodles in pan.
  7. Cover with 1/3 potato/cheese mixture.
  8. Wet hands and pat potatoes smooth.
  9. Spoon onion/butter on top of potato layer.
  10. Repeat layers 2 more times.
  11. Cover with aluminum foil.
  12. Bake for 45 minutes.
  13. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
