Okonomiyaki-Style Rice Flour & Chinese Cabbage Patties for Toddlers
- 50 grams Rice flour
- 60 grams Water
- 60 grams Chinese cabbage (or cabbage)
- 10 grams Komatsuna
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Bonito flakes (optional)
- 1 dash Aonori (optional)
- 1 dash Olive oil
- Mince the Chinese cabbage and the komatsuna.
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the mixture.
- (I made three small okonomiyaki this time.)
- Once they are golden brown, flip them over, brown the other side, and they're done!
- You can cut them into bite-sized pieces to use as finger food for little kids.
- Top them with mayo and okonomiyaki sauce, and you can serve them to toddlers and adults as well.
