pepparcini chicken
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 tsp pepper
- 5 pepparicini
- 1/2 serrano pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1/2 cup diced chopped cilantro
- 1 packages tomato chicken bullion
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- slice chicken breast length wise,filet stlye
- dissolve 1 cube tomato bullion into 1 cup of water
- cook chicken,broth and lemon juice in pan over medium heat until no longer pink
- add remainder of indgredients, simmer at low heat for 15 minutes
