No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Layered Dessert
- 1-1/2 cups graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding, divided
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tub (1 L) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
- Whisk pumpkin, 1 pkg.
- dry pudding mix and spice in large bowl until blended.
- Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip; spread over crust.
- Beat remaining pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- ; spread over dessert.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Drizzle dessert with caramel topping just before serving.
