Mac's Kielbasa Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. kielbasa
- 1 teaspoon Grey Poupon mustard
- 1/2 c. chutney
- 1/4 c. white wine
- Slice kielbasa and place in a shallow baking dish.
- Bake to brown slightly at 350 degrees.
- While the sausage is cooking, combine mustard, chutney and wine in a small pan.
- Heat and stir till well mixed.
- Pour sauce over kielbasa, and return to oven.
- Heat through.
- Serve with toothpicks.
