Leek Tomato and Shrimp Chowder

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  2. Saute the leeks.
  3. Add the potatoes and tomatoes.
  4. Add the tomato paste and broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
  7. Served garnished with the chives.
