Scallops With Garlic
- 1 12 lbs bay scallops
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 -4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
- lemon wedge
- 13 cup fresh parsley
- Rinse scallops and pat dry.
- Put flour in a shallow bowl.
- Roll scallops in flour.
- Heat oil over med heat.
- Add scallops and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Halfway through cooking, stir in minced garlic.
- Stir in parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
- Garnish with parsley.
