Scallops With Garlic

  1. Rinse scallops and pat dry.
  2. Put flour in a shallow bowl.
  3. Roll scallops in flour.
  4. Heat oil over med heat.
  5. Add scallops and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Halfway through cooking, stir in minced garlic.
  7. Stir in parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
  8. Garnish with parsley.
