Baked Bean Casserole
- 12 lb bacon, cut up
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 60 ounces pork & beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 dash celery salt
- Cook bacon till crisp; remove from skillet.
- Pour off bacon grease and add ground beef and onions to skillet.
- Cook till browned, add bacon fat if needed.
- Combine other ingredients.
- Add to meat mixture.
- Add bacon bits for topping.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 qt.
- casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
