Glazed Orange Ham
- 3 -4 lbs canned ham
- whole cloves
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 dash ground cloves
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- Place ham in shallow roasting pan.
- Bake in 325* oven for 1 1/4 hours.
- Remove ham from pan; pour drippings from roasting pan.
- Score top of ham with 1/4" deep cuts.
- Stud top with whole cloves.
- Combine orange juice concentrate, corn syrup, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Brush half of mixture over ham.
- Return to oven; Bake 15-20 minutes more, basting often with sauce.
- Heat remaining sauce; pour into gravy boat and serve with ham.
