Skillet Chicken Primavera Recipe

  1. In small bowl toss chicken in flour, parsley, and minced basil till well coated.
  2. In a large skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil and garlic; add in chicken and cook till lightly browned and no longer pink.
  3. Pour in soup, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes, and zucchini.
  4. Stir over medium heat till heated through.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
