Aunt Annie's Bran Muffins
- 1 12 cups natural bran
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Whisk together the bran, sugar, flour, salt & flour.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix lightly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or till done.
- Enjoy!
