ABC's of Vegetables

  1. Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish covered with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Blend remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over vegetables.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Food Exchange per serving: 1 VEGETABLE EXCHANGE + 1/2 STARCH or BREAD EXCHANGE + 1/2 FAT EXCHANGE; CAL: 42
