Eric's Roast Pork

  1. .Bring Water, salt, sugar, garlic, cloves, bay leaves, peppercorn, & thyme to a boil.
  2. Let cool and Marinade pork for 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Roast pork at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until done to your liking.
  4. Make sauce:.
  5. caramelize onions in butter, add honey, balsamic vinegar reduce until slightly thickened and stir in 1/2 lb butter.
