Southwestern Cole Slaw

• 16 ounces coleslaw mix
• 34 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup cilantro, chopped
• 12 cup ranch dressing
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 2 avocados, cubed

1. Place coleslaw mix, onion and Cilantro in a serving bowl, stir to combine.
2. In a separate bowl combine salad dressing, cumin, creole seasoning and pepper.
3. Just before serving combine salad, dressing, and avacados.
