Sour Cream Burgers Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Shape mix into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Set oven control to broil and/or possibly 550 degrees.
  4. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
  5. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat till desired doneness, 5-7 min on each side for medium.
  6. To cook in microwave, place patties on microwave proof rack in microwave proof baking dish.
  7. Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) 3 min, rotate dish 1/2 turn.
  8. Microwave till almost done, about 2 min longer.
  9. Let stand covered 3 min.
  10. (Beef will continue to cook while standing.)
