Beer Coated Onion Rings Recipe

• 1 (8 ounce.) can beer (flat beer is ok)
• 1 c. flour
• 2 Bermuda onions

1. Soak beer and flour overnight.
2. Cut onion in 1/4 inch slices.
3. Dip rings in batter and deep fry in warm oil.
4. Serves 4.
