Chicken Tortilla Casserole Recipe
- 1 pkg. plain Doritos
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 canned chilies, minced (green chili peppers)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 c. minced ripe olives, pitted
- 3/4 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon butter
- Combine onion, soup, lowfat sour cream, chilies, garlic salt and blend.
- Put 1/2 tortillas in casserole, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 soup, 1/2 olives and 1/2 cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
