Braised Salmon With Leeks And Dill Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in leek; saute/fry 3 min.
  3. Add in garlic; saute/fry 2 min.
  4. Add in tomato, salt, and pepper; saute/fry 2 min.
  5. Add in wine and salmon; sprinkle with dill, and bring to a boil.
  6. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  7. Serve with roasted potatoes.
  8. Serving Size: 1 fillet and 1/2 c. leek mix
  9. Preparation Time:0:15
