Fluffy Easter Dessert
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 drop yellow food coloring
- 14 cup coconut
- 1 drop green food coloring
- easter marshmallow candy (chicks, bunnies eggs)
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Press into 9in pie plate.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Add extract and food color.
- Pour into crust.
- Mix coconut with green food coloring.
- Sprinkle on top of pie.
- Arrange Easter candy on top.
