Guerrini Chicken Wings
- 2-3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 7 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 2 large eggs
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
- 2 each scallions, spring or green onions
- 1 x vegetable oil for frying
- Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken.
- Add chicken to mixture and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
