Bread Machine Pizza Dough

  1. Place all ingredients in bread machine in order given.
  2. Select dough cycle.
  3. Press start.
  4. After 5 minutes, check to see that the dough is forming a pliable ball.
  5. Too much flour?
  6. Add warm water, about 1 Tablespoon at a time, until proper consistency.
  7. Too much moisture?
  8. add 1 teaspoon flour.
  9. Wait a few minutes between any adjustments and check again.
  10. After dough cycle is finished, proceed with recipe#174667, or your favourite pizza recipe.
