Stir-Fried Atsuage and Ground Pork

  1. Cut the atsuage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Stir-fry the ground meat until cooked through.
  3. Add the atsuage and ingredients, and stir.
  4. Thicken the sauce with the katakuriko slurry (5 tablespoons plus) at the end.
