Easy Semi-Dried Tomatoes
- 3 packs Cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove Garlic
- 300 ml Olive oil
- Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
- Pat the inside moisture dry with paper towels.
- Thinly slice the garlic.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and arrange the tomatoes on top.
- Bake in an oven at 100C for about 2 hours.
- Then, let cool.
- These are the dried tomatoes.
- Put the tomatoes and garlic in a jar and add enough olive oil to submerge.
- You can use them after about a day.
- Here's some used in bagels.
