Easy Semi-Dried Tomatoes

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
  2. Pat the inside moisture dry with paper towels.
  3. Thinly slice the garlic.
  4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and arrange the tomatoes on top.
  5. Bake in an oven at 100C for about 2 hours.
  6. Then, let cool.
  7. These are the dried tomatoes.
  8. Put the tomatoes and garlic in a jar and add enough olive oil to submerge.
  9. You can use them after about a day.
  10. Here's some used in bagels.
