Rusty 2-60D

  1. In a heatproof measuring cup, combine the water, tea leaves, saffron and cloves.
  2. Let steep for 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the honey until dissolved.
  4. Strain and let cool.
  5. Pour the drink into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wedge.
