Rusty 2-60D
- 6 ounces boiling water
- 1 tablespoon Lapsang souchong tea leaves
- 5 saffron threads
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice
- 1 lemon wedge, for garnish
- In a heatproof measuring cup, combine the water, tea leaves, saffron and cloves.
- Let steep for 8 minutes.
- Stir in the honey until dissolved.
- Strain and let cool.
- Pour the drink into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wedge.
