Microwave Speedy Spuds Recipe

  1. In 1 1/2 qt casserole, microwave hash browns on defrost for 10 min.
  2. Combine next 7 ingredients in casserole.
  3. Mix cornflakes and 2 Tbsp.
  4. butter, sprinkle on top.
  5. Microwave a 70 percent power for 14 to 16 min, covered.
  6. Let stand for 5 min then serve.
