Irish cream recipe

• 1 1/4 cup whisky (any one will do)
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 397 grams condensed milk ( 1 tin)
• 2 tbsp coffee powder
• 2 tbsp chocolate syrup ( or powder dissolved in a little water)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond extract (optional)

1. Mix all the ingredients in a liquidiser or in a shaker.
2. Por into a bottle and refrigerate.
3. Keeps up to 2 months in the fridge.
