Pork Chops In Savory Sauce

  1. Heat oil in 8 inch non-stick skillet; add onion and garlic; saute until softened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and saute 2 more minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients (except chops) and stir to combine; bring mixture almost to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add chops, spooning sauce over the chops.
  5. Cover and let simmer 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chops are tender.
