Cream Cheese and Sesame Spread

  1. Place block of cream cheese in small plastic container and cover with soya sauce.
  2. Marinade overnight in fridge.
  3. Toast sesame seeds until golden brown.
  4. Roll block of cheese in sesame seeds pressing slightly so that the seeds will stick to the cheese.
  5. Completely cover sides and ends of cheese with seeds.
  6. Can be refrigerated until ready to serve.
  7. Take out of fridge about one hour before serving.
  8. Serve with crackers of your choice.
  9. Swiss cheese crackers are very good.
