Strawberry Cereal Shake

• 1 cup skim milk
• 1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup whole grain cereal flakes with raisins, dates and pecans Cereal
• 1 Tbsp. honey

1. Place all ingredients in blender container; cover.
2. Blend on high speed 30 sec.
3. or until well blended.
4. Pour into large glass.
5. Serve immediately.
