pasta with white sauce and chicken
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- 1 salt and pepper
- 250 grams farfalle pasta (>< shaps)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breasts - cut sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 salt and white pepper
- in a sauce pan over low heat melt the butter and add the flour and steer till they are mixed well
- add the milk slowley till it's a lil.thenk
- add the cooking cream , salt and pepper and contiune steering and let is a.side
- in a medium pan boil the water , add salt and veg.oil then add the pasta and let it boiled for 12 min then remove it from water
- season the checken breasts with salt and pepper
- in a heavy pan or a grill over high heat, put the olive oil then the checken ...grill it on both sides till its nice and well done
- add the pasta to the white sauce then add the grilled chicken
- decorate it with some chopped parsly or parmajan cheese and Enjoyyyy :)
