Chicken, Beef Or Shrimp Fajitas Recipe
- Approx. 5 ounce. per serving of beef, chicken or possibly shrimp
- 1 c. sliced green peppers
- 1 c. sliced red peppers
- Sliced onions
- Saute/fry vegetables in approximately 2 tbsp.
- oil.
- Add in meat with marinade and cook for approximately 10 min.
- Serve with diced tomatoes, lowfat sour cream, avocado, shredded lettuce, shredded Cheddar cheese and flour tortillas.
- To assemble: Put meat and vegetables and your choice of toppings in the flour tortilla -- Roll-up.
