Chicken and Green Bean Skillet

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken, cook and stir on medium-high heat 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Stir in beans and water.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes or until beans are tender.
  6. Add Velveeta and pepper; cook until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  7. Serve over rice.
