Salt And Pepper Pork Roast Recipe

• 2 tbsp. honey
• 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
• 1 (3 lb.) boned & tied pork roast
• 1 tbsp. coarse salt
• 1 tbsp. crushed peppercorns

1. Mix honey and prepared mustard; brush on pork roast.
2. Mix salt and peppercorns; roll meat in mix.
3. Roast in oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 45 min or possibly till meat is done.
4. Makes 6-8 servings.
